In 2004, John Sherron founded Federal Supply with a vision of providing a higher level of service to local businesses than they were getting from the "Big Box" stores. He wanted his company to not only offer competitive pricing and shipping, but also strong customer service and care.
20 years later, Federal Supply is now Greater Cincinnati's largest locally-owned office solutions company. Based in Erlanger, KY in a 25,000 square foot warehouse, Federal Supply carries over 60,000 items including furniture, break room, packaging, and office supplies. In 2015, Federal Supply also expanded its horizons by acquiring the historic "Covington Paper" company.
The backbone, and what Sherron believes are the "best assets" of the company, are the employees dedicated to customer success. From the experienced Account Executives, Customer Service Representatives, and Marketing Team, to the friendly and dependable warehouse and delivery employees, every individual is committed to providing a unique and personable customer service experience.
